Yes. There are no restrictions on foreign nationals purchasing property in Spain. You will need a NIE (tax identification number), which we obtain for you as part of our service.
Not necessarily. We can act on your behalf through a power of attorney. Many of our international clients complete most of the process remotely.
For resale properties, you'll pay Transfer Tax (ITP), which varies by region (around 10% in Valencia). For new builds, it's 10% VAT plus stamp duty. We break down all costs upfront so there are no surprises.
Purchasing property alone doesn't grant residency, but investments of €500,000 or more qualify for the Golden Visa program. We can manage both your property purchase and residence application simultaneously.
